WWE Announces Survivor Series: WarGames Return

WWE has confirmed the return of its popular Survivor Series: WarGames premium live event, scheduled for Saturday, November 29, 2025. Ticket details have been released, with the general public sale beginning on Friday, July 11, through Ticketmaster. A presale will be available starting Wednesday, July 9, with fans able to register for presale information on WWE's website.

The event will feature both men's and women's WarGames matches for the fourth consecutive year. Special packages, offered through WWE's partner On Location, will provide premium seating, pre-show hospitality, and ringside photo opportunities.

The WarGames match, a brutal concept created in 1987, involves two teams battling inside a giant steel cage encompassing two rings. Members enter the match at staggered intervals. Originally a staple of the NWA and WCW, the match was revived in NXT by Triple H before being brought to the WWE main roster in 2022, replacing traditional elimination matches at Survivor Series.

Roman Reigns is advertised for the show. Reigns' 2025 has been a period of transition, starting with his Triple Threat match against Seth Rollins and CM Punk at WrestleMania 41. After Paul Heyman betrayed him to help Rollins win, Reigns appeared briefly on Raw the next night but has been on hiatus since. His return is expected to have a major impact on the main event scene.
