WARREN COUNTY, MO. - Authorities have arrested three men accused of sexually assaulting a woman over the weekend. The incident occurred while the woman's boyfriend, who was also a resident of the home, was away.
According to probable cause statements released by the Warren County Sheriff's Department, the assault took place late on December 27th and continued into the early hours of December 28th. The victim was in her boyfriend's room when the three male roommates allegedly entered separately and sexually assaulted her. The victim reported to investigators that she repeatedly said "stop" and "no" during the assaults.
The three men, identified as Oscar D. Sanchez Rodriguez, Carlos J. Rodriguez, and Yescon F. Lazo, were arrested at the scene. Law enforcement officials have expressed concern that Sanchez Rodriguez and Lazo are flight risks, as they are Honduran nationals. The country of origin for Carlos J. Rodriguez has not been determined.
The Warren County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has filed charges against the men. Sanchez Rodriguez faces charges of first-degree rape. Lazo is charged with first-degree sexual abuse, and Carlos J. Rodriguez is charged with first-degree rape and first-degree sodomy. All three men are being held without bond. Their first court appearance is scheduled for Tuesday afternoon.
