And recently, Karachiwala, who is also a celebrity fitness and Pilates instructor, took to the platform to share a short unseen video from the Bajirao Mastani actresss routine in the video, she was seen working with a MOTR (Movement On The Roller) machine.
In the video, Deepika Padukone is seen performing full-body exercises while maintaining a strong core and moving legs and arms in synced repetitions. She was also seen practising variations of leg raises and side bends. Karachiwala also explained that MOTR is a lightweight, easy-to-carry tool used for people who travel a lot.
