Kelce Prefers Waxing Over Reality TV Rerun

Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce has made it abundantly clear: he'd endure a painful Brazilian wax before rewatching his reality television show, "Catching Kelce." The three-time Super Bowl champion shared his strong preference during a New Year's Eve episode of his podcast, "New Heights," co-hosted with his brother, Jason Kelce.

When asked by Jason if he'd rather watch "Catching Kelce" on repeat for life or undergo a Brazilian wax, Travis's response was immediate. He emphatically stated his preference for the waxing procedure, even specifying he'd remove hair from all private areas.

"Catching Kelce," which aired on E! in 2016, featured Kelce choosing a partner from a pool of 50 women. The show ran for seven episodes. Kelce has previously expressed his dissatisfaction with the show, calling it the "worst thing" he's ever done. He admitted he didn't fully understand the nature of reality television at the time and was surprised to realize that episodes remain accessible online.

Despite his negative feelings about the show, Kelce acknowledged that the experience provided some amusement, particularly as locker room banter. He has since moved on from the dating show format, finding love with singer Taylor Swift. The couple has been dating since 2023 and is reportedly engaged, with a wedding planned for June 13, 2026, in Rhode Island.

BNN's Perspective: While Kelce's aversion to his reality TV past is understandable, it's a reminder that even high-profile figures have experiences they'd rather forget. His willingness to joke about it, and his current happiness, suggests a healthy perspective on the past.
