Three Australian men have been charged with murder in Indonesia following a shooting incident in Bali that resulted in the death of one Australian man and the critical injury of another. The incident occurred over the weekend, shattering the tranquility of the popular tourist destination.
The deceased, 32-year-old Zivan Radmanovic, was killed in the shooting. Another man, 34-year-old Sanar Ghanim, was also shot and beaten in the attack. Ghanim has since been discharged from the hospital and moved to a new apartment.

Darcy Francesco Jenson, 37, was apprehended at an airport in Jakarta while allegedly attempting to flee to Cambodia. Coskun Mevlut, 23, was arrested in Singapore. Tupou Pasa Midolmore, 37, was arrested at an airport in Melbourne and brought back to Bali.
According to the Bali Regional Police Chief, Inspector General Adityajaya, the three men are accused of direct involvement in both the planning and execution of the shooting. The investigation is ongoing, and the possibility of additional conspirators has not been ruled out.
Police have seized several pieces of evidence, including six motorbikes believed to have been used in the shooting, two getaway cars, bullets, a bag, a passport, money, and a sledgehammer found at the crime scene.
The suspects face charges of premeditated murder, which carries a potential death penalty under Indonesian law. An autopsy on the deceased is scheduled to be performed.
