Texas bill would classify unborn children as HOV lane passengers
Months after a pregnant Dallas-area woman made national headlines for arguing to the police that her unborn child counted as an HOV lane passenger, a new bill submitted Monday for consideration by state lawmakers is seeking to codify her claims.
