**Rematch Launching Without Crossplay, Developers Prioritize Feature**

The upcoming multiplayer soccer-based video game, Rematch, is set to launch on June 19th for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC via Steam. However, players will be disappointed to learn that crossplay functionality will not be available at launch. This means players will only be able to compete online with others on the same platform.

Rematch, developed by Sloclap, is a PvP game where players control a single character in a third-person perspective, utilizing skill-based gameplay to replicate iconic football moves. The absence of crossplay at launch restricts players to their respective platforms when engaging in online competition.

The developers have confirmed via their official X account that crossplay is a top priority and they will share an estimated time of arrival for the feature as soon as possible. The developers reverted modifications made to the Rainbow Flick based on feedback from the second beta, restoring its speed and fluidity. The mouse and keyboard tap system has undergone bug fixes and improvements to its aiming system, allowing for 360-degree aiming. Mouse and keyboard remapping has also been added.
