Rapper Poorstacy, whose real name was Carlito Milfort Jr., has died at the age of 26. The Boca Raton Police Department confirmed the news, stating that the musician passed away on Saturday, November 29th, following an "incident." The incident occurred in Boca Raton, Florida.

Details surrounding the circumstances of his death remain scarce. Authorities were called to a hotel on Saturday, and Poorstacy was subsequently transported to a nearby hospital.
