Norqain Serves Up a Sweet Summer Treat with New "Ice Cream" Watch

Swiss watchmaker Norqain has unveiled a vibrant new timepiece designed to capture the essence of summer: the Freedom 60 Chrono 40mm Enjoy Life Special Edition. This eye-catching chronograph takes inspiration from the joyful colors of gelato, offering a playful twist on a classic sports watch.

The watch features a clean, white dial punctuated by three chronograph subdials in refreshing shades of green, pink, and blue. Adding a unique touch, the date display between 4 and 5 o'clock swaps its numerals for a charming illustration of a three-scoop ice cream cone on the first, eighth, 15th, 22nd, and 29th days of the month. The watch is designed to be a cheerful reminder to embrace life's simple pleasures.

The watch's design extends to the black tachymeter scale, which is backed by the same vibrant color palette. The hands and indexes are diamond-cut and rhodium-plated, with white X1 Super-LumiNova markers for enhanced legibility. The watch is powered by the Norqain Caliber N19 (Sellita SW510 a) automatic chronograph movement, offering a 62-hour power reserve and visible through a sapphire caseback.

Housed in a 40mm polished stainless steel case, the watch is available with either a stainless-steel bracelet or a white rubber strap. Each watch comes in a special edition box, complete with a pair of sunglasses. The watch is designed to be a sporty, everyday chronograph.

The launch of the watch is being celebrated with a series of summer events, kicking off with an ice cream-themed party. The watch with the steel bracelet is priced at $5,190, while the version with the rubber strap is available for $5,050.
