This pick has more to do with Manoah than anything regarding the Blue Jays lineup. I dont doubt that Toronto will plate a handful of runs against Teheran and the Brewers, but I dont trust Manoah against Milwaukee. He has 1 quality start all season and has walked at least 4 batters in 7 starts this year.
His lack of control and his susceptibility to the long ball should keep the Brewers in this game. Bet BREWERS (+140) to win outright on the road.
Run line/Against the spread
If Teheran can give the Brewers 5 good innings like he did in his 1st start of the season, Milwaukee will have a great chance to win this game. Manoah is struggling badly right now and the Blue Jays have lost each of his last 5 starts, 4 of which were by at least 3 runs.
I like the BREWERS +1.5 (-140) to cover, but I prefer the money line at +140.
