ever trust a skinny chef, the saying goes. In which case, Im sorry to say you can have rather too much confidence in me. Food is a central part of my life, both at work and at home, and I find it a real struggle to keep my weight down. My last weigh-in was a real shock, though, so Ive decided to get serious about losing the pounds.
As a chef, Ive never been one for fad diets. You need to find something that you can stick at and thats why Ive landed on a low-carb regime. Medical opinion is now firmly in favour of this, rather than the low-fat option, and I have to say its working well. The trouble is, without those
