New Delhi: Hasmukh Chudgar is a self-made billionaire who founded generics maker Intas Pharmaceuticals in 1977. Mr Chudgar is one of the oldest billionaires in India with a net worth of $7.6 billion, according to the Forbes real-time net worth tracker. The low-profile businessman handed over the business to his sons Nimish and Binish who now run the $2.3 billion (revenue) company.Mr Chudgar is credited for launching an affordable drug to treat breast cancer called Eleftha, which is similar to Roche's Herceptin.
