Five easy Easter recipes from Aldi to save you money and time

Easter eating doesn't have to cost a fortune. If you're getting the family together over the bank holiday, Aldi has served up five recipe suggestions it reckons will be a hit with everyone around the dinner table.
The budget supermarket says the money-saving recipes include delicious main courses for meat-eaters and vegetarians alike and standout centrepiece puddings sure to impress guests. Each recipe can be found on the Aldi website, with easy to follow, step-by-step instructions.
Lamb is traditionally served at Easter and one tasty idea - serving six - is an Italian-inspired roasted leg of lamb covered in pesto and wrapped in pancetta. Looking for something vegetarian? Then Aldi suggests a feta, vegetable and rice bake.

Pancetta Wrapped Lamb

Pork Loin Steaks and Prosciutto with Creamy Vegetables
Aldi says this would make "the perfect Easter meal", combining pork steals with a tasty mixture of creamy vegetables. It suggests using four British pork loin steaks from Aldi supermarkets for 2.69. The estimated prep and cooking time is 35 minutes. .
Ingredients
2 x 300g packs Pork Loin Steaks
4 slices Parma Ham
1 tsp Stonemills Dried Basil
45g Solesta Pitted Black Olives
200g pack Feta Cheese
50 ml Solesta Virgin Olive Oil

Easter Centrepiece Salted Caramel Cake
