CIF-SS Girls Volleyball Playoffs: Semifinal Results and Finals Matchups Announced

The CIF-SS girls volleyball playoffs are heating up, with the semifinal matches completed and the stage set for the finals. Several teams secured their spots in the championship rounds after intense competition on Saturday.

In Division 1, Sierra Canyon defeated Marymount in a hard-fought match, while Mater Dei emerged victorious against San Juan Hills. The Division 1 final is scheduled for November 8th at 6 p.m.

Other divisions saw equally compelling contests. Santa Margarita triumphed over Long Beach Poly, and West Ranch secured a win against JSerra. Foothill defeated Flintridge Prep, and Cypress overcame St. Margaret's. La Canada bested Dana Hills, and Ventura prevailed over Oak Park. Ontario Christian defeated Santa Barbara, and Chadwick secured a win against Royal. Arrowhead Christian and Wiseburn Da Vinci also advanced.

West Valley and Cate are set to compete in their final, as are Schurr and Artesia. Nogales and South El Monte also secured their spots in the finals.

In Division 10, Anaheim and Moreno Valley will face off in the final.

The finals for Divisions 2 through 10 will take place between November 6th and 8th, with specific locations and times to be announced.
