Cavaliers Revive Classic Blue Uniforms for 2025-26 Season

The Cleveland Cavaliers are set to celebrate their 55th season by reintroducing their iconic Classic Edition uniforms for the 2025-26 NBA season. The uniforms, a throwback to the navy blue, wine, and gold design worn from 2003 to 2010, pay homage to a pivotal era in Cavaliers history, including the team's first NBA Finals appearance in 2007.

The Classic Edition uniforms, created in partnership with Nike, will feature "CLEVELAND" in white lettering with a gold outline across the chest, along with the Nike swoosh and a Cleveland-Cliffs logo patch. The shorts will showcase the Cavaliers' historic "C" logo with a sword piercing through it. The design also includes wine and gold striped trim, referencing the "Miracle of Richfield" uniforms from the 1970s.

The team will debut the uniforms and a matching court design at Rocket Arena. The iconic wine basketball-and-sword logo will return to center court, with "Cleveland" and "Cavaliers" lining the baselines. The team's "LET EM KNOW" mantra will be displayed on the west sideline.

The Classic Edition uniforms will be worn for nine home games and three away games, including a Christmas Day matchup against the New York Knicks. The team will also host special events, including an Anderson Varejo bobblehead giveaway and an appearance by Daniel "Booby" Gibson at the team shop.
