Baywatch Reboot Welcomes Back Original Star Erika Eleniak

LOS ANGELES, CA - The highly anticipated *Baywatch* reboot has secured another familiar face from the original series. Erika Eleniak, who starred in the first two seasons of the iconic lifeguard drama, will return to reprise her role as Shauni McClain. The actress will appear as a guest star in the reboot, slated to premiere on Fox during the 2026-27 television season.

In the reboot, Shauni McClain has transitioned from lifeguard to Santa Monica city councilwoman. She returns to the beach to assist Stephen Amell's character, Hobie, in launching the annual Beach Games. The games will pit the reigning champions of Baywatch against the Coast Guard.

Eleniak joins fellow original cast member David Chokachi, who will also reprise his role as Cody Madison. McG will direct the series premiere.
