Arizona Cardinals projected win total even lower entering OTAs

Earlier in the offseason, US sportsbooks betting lines with projected win totals for the 2023 regular season. The Arizona Cardinals were tied for the lowest projected win total at 5.5.
Free agency and the draft have passed and the lines and totals have changed.
The Cardinals are now alone with the lowest projected win total, even lower than before.
Both BetMGM and DraftKings have the Cardinals with a projected win total of 4.5.
The Over and Under are both priced at -110 on BetMGM (equal odds on either end), while DraftKings has the Over at -130 and the Under at +110, meaning they have higher implied odds of winning at least 5 games than 4 or fewer.
The Houston Texans, who were tied at 5.5 projected wins before, now are at 6.5 on DraftKings and remain at 5.5 on BetMGM.
